Every year, the VEDDAS performs a protest against the "McHappy Unhappy", date on which the fast food chain carries a national campaign of misinformation through which seeks to link your image to combat cancer, which is just a great hypocrisy since this company promotes a diet that brings precisely the characteristics that promote disease. Besides promoting intensely consuming a diet rich in fat and refined carbohydrates and low in fiber and protective substances, promotes an industry every year billions of animals sentient operates worldwide.

The protest is an opportunity to enlighten the public about the reality of animal foods, while denouncing the manipulation of information to keep people sold on what they eat.
