About VEDDAS, in partnership with Grupo Looking Animals, have provided physical and electronic petitions and called for the population to send messages to members expressing their rejection of the bill 4548/98 that currently being processed in the Chamber of Deputies in Brasilia.
The processing of the PL is being closely monitored by VEDDAS and Looking Animals that have already achieved through the intervention of parliamentary pro-animal cause, namely Mrs Janet Rock Pieta, twice in 2011 that the bill be withdrawn from the agenda of the plenary vote of the House, and other outcomes reported in this annual report.
