Lecture held at the auditorium of the bookstore Potylivros Beach Shopping, by Sandra Guimarães, attracted an audience of about 50 people who had the opportunity to attend 30 minutes of lecture, within which the speaker presented tips on how to deal with the transition to vegetarianism carnism, Vegetarianism and veganism, based on the nutritional aspects and difficulties of routine.
It is also counted with 70 minutes of questions for the speaker.
