Petition against PL 1.153/95
The sector of the scientific community that benefits from animal experimentation is pressing Congress and have little time to act.
Those who use on the animals deliver 13/11 (next week) a petition asking to be approved as an urgent Bill 1.153/95 regulating animal experimentation. In his petition, they declare that the discussion is now closed and it is now time to pass the law. They further declare that the methods of animal experimentation are irreplaceable. Both statements are untrue.
Therefore, we need to collect 5.000 FIVE DAYS in signatures asking that the said Bill be voted NOT until all sectors of society have been heard in this debate.
If approved PL 1,153/95, animal experimentation is regulated by law and lose the legal weapons which we currently have to fight it. In other words, will be a huge setback in the fight for animal rights!

The animals are counting on you!
