Actions VEDDAS the International Animal Rights Day in Natal, Recife and São Paulo
Exposing dozens of dead animals on the streets of different cities, the VEDDAS held for the third consecutive year impactful action to cause the population to reflect on how the animals are considered in our society.
During the 3 days of actions, hundreds of people have been touched expressing various feelings. As in previous years, many declared that from that day stop using products from animal exploitation. There were even those who took the decision and adhere to the protest, comprising the same act the importance of taking the message forward.
The press was present and published on the acts in different cities further extending the reach of the message.

Thanks to the commitment of our volunteers, the VEDDAS held over 250 actions only in 2012, and almost all of them in DIRECT contact with the public which means that tens of thousands of people have been touched individually. That's more than double the number of shares held in 2011 according to our annual activity report. All this was possible because even after 6 years of activities can maintain a lean structure and mainly because our volunteers are relentless in their determination to spread seeds of consciousness.
To 2013 intend to again double the number of shares, but we can only do this with your help! From the material point of view we currently have just over 10 donors who help on small expenses. Enjoy part of their 13th salary and give a gift to their financial support to a work that presents to the animals during the year. Contribute now with VEDDAS so we can continue to expand our awareness and consciousness leading shares to the public in the streets. Be a volunteer or employee from donating 1 real. Naturally, government and big business have no interest in seeing our work expanded. Therefore, is ONLY with the help of people like you that we steadily expand our work.
